Terms and Conditions

All custom order requests must be received a minimum of 2 weeks before the order is due. Large or complicated orders or orders received during a busy season may require more time. MD Designs has the right to deny any requests she is unable to make or complete within the required time frame. A $30/hour design fee will be charged for all physical products on top of the cost of the item, itself. A $40/hour design fee will be charged for all digital artwork. A 10% discount will be given to all orders of 10 or more of the same item. Physical products are subject to sales tax and shipping fees (if applicable). A digital proof will be sent via email for buyer approval. Once approved, an invoice will be sent via PayPal. Payment in full is due before materials are purchased. Delays on the buyer's part to approve the digital proof or pay the invoice may delay the completion of the project. All sales of custom orders are final. MD Designs cannot accept returns on anything customized.
